Lighthouse Christian Counseling is offering an EAP program for small businesses, churches and Christian schools throughout the Eastern Shore, Maryland and Virginia.
As an Employee Assistance Program, LCC can design work place solutions to enhance the productivity and performance of employees. An EAP program is designed to offer employees, their spouse and/or dependents a no cost benefit to access when work or personal life stressors begin to interfere with productivity and performance.
