Lighthouse Christian Counseling desires to be of support and assistance to Pastors. As a resource, we want to ease the often excessive demands for time and energy placed upon the local pastor. To be successful in the pastorate today a man must wear many hats -- and each one must fit exactly right. Very often the counseling needs of individuals, couples and families within a congregation far exceeds the time and energy available in a pastor's already overloaded schedule. Furthermore, a pastor may find himself unintentionally preaching on a situation or circumstance that may be related to the situation which he is counseling an individual about. This may create some difficult, unintended strain in the confidential relationship. In His wisdom, God has provided counselors to aid in applying His word in specific situations and struggles. Lighthouse Christian Counseling can offer clear, practical Biblical counsel and Soul care in these situations. We are able to aid pastors in bearing the burdens and demands of today's Christian community.

Referring a client is very easy. Just give the person our phone number, 410-758-4800 and we will schedule an appointment with them directly. We will contact their insurance company and arrange for the authorization. Often times, clients will sign a release for us to follow-up with you on their progress or for any other special need they may have.
